These Terms of Service govern your use of the Efficio ecosystem, including our practitioner management platform, clinical archiving services, and integrated booking systems. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Efficio provides a professional clinical engine for records, branded booking, and practice insights. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all healthcare and professional regulations relevant to your specific practice and jurisdiction.
You retain absolute ownership of all client records and business data stored within Efficio. We process this data solely to provide the service and will never sell or share your data. You are responsible for ensuring your practice complies with local privacy laws such as PIPA or HIPAA.
Tiers are billed according to the selected plan (Standard Pro, Founding Partner, or Lifetime). Founding Partner plans provide a specific multi-year duration of access as described at purchase. Lifetime plans grant access for the life of the product with no recurring monthly fees.
Efficio provides features to sign and lock clinical SOAP notes. Once a note is locked, it is archived as an immutable PDF. You acknowledge that this process is designed to meet clinical standards and that locked records cannot be edited, only supplemented with addendums.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform infrastructure.
Efficio is provided on an “as-is” basis. We shall not be liable for indirect damages, including loss of practice revenue or clinical data inaccuracies, arising from the use of the service.
