Use of the Service

Efficio provides tools for client management, invoicing, and related workflows. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
• You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized users.

Client Data

You retain ownership of all client and business data you store in Efficio. You grant Efficio permission to process this data solely to provide the service.

Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at the time of purchase. One-time plans (Early Adopter and Lifetime) grant access under the conditions described on the pricing page.

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, Efficio is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

Limitation of Liability

Efficio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes to These Terms
